I have always adored those little cook-booklets that were so popular in the 40's-50's, I love the pictures in them, and especially some of the off-the-wall recipes that can be found in them :) Well you could have knocked me over with a feather when I found the mother of them all, this HUGE binder full of them! I can feel your excitement coming right through the screen...lol. These cookbooks all sound so wonderful. I have a hard time finding good one's but once in a blue moon I do. I'm going to rub the screen on your books for good luck :)

I do have one question? How on earth are you going to pick the very first recipe you'll try? Talk about a situation. I would have the hardest time choosing the first. If and when you do, please let us know and maybe possibly the recipe too. I'm a push-over for a vintage recipe...lol

Thanks for sharing these wonderful cookbooks.
