Thrifted Potholders

Got these earlier this week, they were 25 cents each. The first one is a little crocheted (at least I think it is crocheted) dress, so adorable! And then this darling owl embroidered on the round potholder. Old kitchen-ey stuff warms my heart :)

How cute!!! This is one thing I haven't started "hoarding" yet, lol! But it's never too late to start, right?

Yes, that would be crocheted. Those are both so cute I would hesitate to actually use them in my grubby kitchen!

Cute! I've been crocheting potholders lately. It's very addicting because you can finish them pretty quickly. :)

love those old embroideries. can't get enough of them. thift store shopping is a great way to get stuff for crafting. most of my work has a thrift store/flea mkt origin. maggie
